Unique semi hard smoked cheese made of 100% fresh goat's milk of a certain lactating period. It has intense taste and the dinstictive aroma of the oak and beech smoke. It is of cylindrical shape and could either be eaten plain, as saganaki (cut in slices and fried)or in the filling of a pie.
